Cancellation and rescheduling

These terms apply to online consultations booked and paid for through our booking page.

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: free of charge; the amount paid is refunded in full.
• Rescheduling: possible at any time. The new date is arranged directly with our team, subject to availability.
• Without a cancellation or rescheduling request: the consultation is deemed to have taken place, even if the client does not attend, and the amount is non-refundable.

Even in that case, please get in touch with us: we will look for an alternative together, in line with the legal team’s schedule and availability.

Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer is not affected by these terms (see below).

Information on the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sandra Helena Koelln, Rechtsanwältin, Eichelhäherstraße 46, 81249 Munich, Germany, phone: +49 15566 359635, e-mail: sandra@koellnadvogada.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal electronically using the withdrawal function on this page (buttons “Withdraw from contract” and “Confirm withdrawal”, reachable via the “Withdraw from contract” link at the bottom of every page of our website). If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully provided the consultation, if we began providing it only after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
