Professional Trajectory and Commitment

Dr. Sandra Helena Koelln is a Rechtsanwältin (lawyer qualified in Germany), registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the Rechtsanwaltskammer München (RAK München) and the Portuguese Bar Association - a triple qualification that allows her to act directly in the legal systems of three countries, without intermediaries. With consolidated legal training and practical experience in transnational contexts, Dr. Sandra personally handles each case with attention to the cultural and legal particularities of each jurisdiction. The firm works in seven main areas: International Family Law (divorce, child custody, alimony between countries), Migration and Immigration Law (work visas, Blue Card, family reunification, appeals against rejected visas), European Citizenship (German, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish), Civil and Business Law (opening of GmbH and UG, international contracts), Inheritance and Succession Law (international inventories, inheritance tax, wills between jurisdictions), Recognition of Foreign Decisions (homologation of judgments in the STJ, recognition of divorces) and Criminal Law with migratory repercussions. Working in Portuguese, German and English, Koelln combines in-depth technical knowledge with accessible communication, ensuring that each client understands their rights and options at every stage of the process.
